摘要
为了研究叠氮化银(AgN_3,简称为SA)的耐高温性能,制备了SA样品,以180℃、220℃、250℃为温度点,24h、50h、72h、100h为时间节点设计高温贮存实验;收集高温实验SA样品,采用差示扫描量热法测试高温样品的热性能,采用X射线衍射测试高温样品的晶体结构,并采用铅板法测试了高温样品的起爆能力。结果表明:SA能够在180℃高温箱内连续放置100h不发生分解,在220℃下贮存100h和250℃下贮存30h后性能保持稳定。
Silver Azide(AgN3,SA for short) was synthesized for its thermostable performance study. Adopting 180℃, 220 ℃and 250 as the temperature points, 24 h, 50 h, 72 h and 1℃ 00 h as the time nodes, the SA samples after high temperature storage experiments were collected. The thermal performance, crystal structure and the axial initiating ability of the SA samples before and after high temperature storage experiments were studied, by differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction demonstrate and method of lead disc. All the test results show that SA can hold its intrinsic quality after being put in the ovens of 180 ℃for continuous 100 hours, and keep stable performances under storage conditions of 220 ℃ for 100 hours and 250 ℃ for 30 hours.
