摘要
流动人口生育意愿对流入地的城市规模、人口结构、基本公共服务供给等方面产生重要影响,也会对我国人口规模和结构及"全面二孩"政策的实施效果产生影响。因而,文章从城市适应的理论框架对流动人口生育意愿的主要特点及其影响因素进行实证分析和理论解析。研究发现:流动人口生育意愿呈现由传统向现代转化的特征,其期望生育子女数减少,男孩偏好弱化,并存在显著的代际差异;而就业类型、生育保险、住房产权等经济适应因素,以及对流入地城市生活水平的满意度、定居意愿等心理适应因素对流动人口生育意愿具有显著的反向影响;然而,居住质量、与本地人交往的频繁程度等社会适应对流动人口生育意愿却具有显著的正向作用。此外,性别、年龄、户口性质、受教育程度等个体特征因素也对其生育意愿具有显著影响。在此基础上,提出了提高流动人口生育意愿的对策建议。
The fertility intention of migrant population has an important impact on the urban scale,population structure and basic public services.It may even affect the size and structure of Chinese population and the implementation of the＂two children＂policy.Therefore,this paper investigates empirically the main characteristics and the influencing factors for the migrant population＇s fertility intention within the theoretical framework of urban adaptation.The results show that for the migrant population,the traditional ideas on fertility is giving way to modern thoughts,and the number of children they expect to have is falling,their preference for boys is weakened,and significant intergenerational differences exist.Economic adaptation and psychological adaptation have a significant negative impact on the fertility intention of migrant population.However,social adaptation has a significantly positive effect.In addition,individual characteristics,such as gender,age,household registration and education level,have a significant impact.This paper proposes countermeasures to improve the fertility desire of migrant population.
