摘要
食品标签是食品质量的重要组成部分,是生产经营者向消费者介绍食品,展示食品质量并接受社会监督最为直接的途径,也是消费者购买食品时实现知情权、选择权的保障。文中对各类预包装食品标签多年检验工作进行总结,阐述预包装食品标签标注应了解和熟悉的标签检验背景材料、常见的标签标注问题及其原因,进而提出提高标签标注质量的建议,助推生产经营者提高标签标注质量和社会监督水平。
Food label is an important part of the quality of food. It is the most direct way for the producers to introduce food to consumers, to show the quality of the food and to accept the supervision of the society. It is also the guarantee for the consumers to realize the right to know and choose the right to buy food. This article is a summary of the multi-year inspection of all kinds of pre packaged food labels. It expounds the background materials that should be known and familiar to the label labeling of pre packaged food, the common label labeling problems and its reasons, and then puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of label labeling, so as to boost the quality of label labeling and social supervision.
