摘要
目的分析在中耳炎乳突根治术患者围术期实施相关护理干预措施的效果。方法将本院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的需进行中耳炎乳突根治术治疗的患者67例,作为实验研究对象,根据不同的护理方式,将此67例患者分成两组,即行针对性护理干预的实验组37例,行常规护理措施的对照组30例。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者的护理效果优于对照组,患者对护理的满意度提高,组间比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中耳炎乳突根治术患者围术期实施针对性护理干预措施,有较好的效果,可提高治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To analysis the effect of related nursing intervention measures in perioperative patients with otitis media m a s t o i d o t y m p a n e c t o m y. Methods 6 7 c a s e s o f o t i t i s m e d i a mastoidotympanectomy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as research object, according to the different way of nursing, they were divided into two groups, namely targeted nursing intervention group of 37 cases, and routine nursing measures of the control group of 30 cases. The nursing effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The patient＇s nursing effect was better in targeted nursing intervention group than that of control group, patients satisfaction of nursing increased significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention measures for perioperative patients with otitis media mastoidotympanectomy has good effect, it can improve the treatment effect, improve the quality of life of patients, improve patient satisfaction.
