摘要
在乙醇水溶剂热中,吡啶-2,6-二甲酸与高氯酸铜反应,合成一个具有"蝴蝶"状的铜(Ⅱ)配合物[C_5H_3N(CO_2)_2Cu(H_2O)_2]2_,X-射线晶体衍射(MoK_αλ=0.071 073nm)表明,配合物属单斜晶系,空间群P2(1)/c,晶体学数据:a=0.725 11(14),b=1.917 5(4),c=0.644 84(13)nm,β=107.04(3)°,Z=2,V=0.857 2(3)nm3,D_c=1.739 2mg·cm^(-3),μ=1.694 2mm-1,F(000)=532,独立衍射点中强度大于2σ的衍射点数2 561,最终的R和wR值分别0.027 6和0.084 9。配合物独立单元之间通过羰基与铜配位,形成一维链状配位聚合物,铜与配基原子构成变形八面体构型。
A copper(Ⅱ)complexes with Like a butterfly was synthesized by the reaction of Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O and pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid by solvothermal method in ethanol-water.X-ray structure showed the complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P2(1)/c with a=0.725 11(14),b=1.917 5(4),c=0.644 84(13)nm,β=107.04(3)°,Z =2,V =0.857 2(3)nm3,Dc=1.739 2.051 mg·cm^-3,μ=1.694 2 mm^-1,MoKαradiation(λ=0.071 073 nm),the final R = 0.027 6 and wR= 0.084 9 for 2 561 observed reflections with I〉2σ(I).In the crystal,the one dimensional structure is formed by carbonyl and copper coordination,in which copper atoms were six coordinated and distorted octahedral geometry with ligands.
