模拟发控装置RS422通信单元可靠性设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 传统的发控装置系统间通信通常以多路离散信号传输方式、通过电缆网进行信号传输,存在可靠性差、传输距离近等缺点。为提升模拟发控装置通信可靠性,以TMS320F28335作为主控单元,利用ADM2582E设计RS422通信接口和磁耦隔离电路,设计EMI(Electromagnetic Interference)滤波和浪涌防护电路实现稳定电源、泄流及限压。软件利用C语言和LabVIEW设计实现RS422收发控制,利用LabVIEW设计面板进行可视化调试。测试在不同波特率下模块的数据丢包率、误码率,并在高低温、静电、浪涌环境中测试抗干扰能力,结果表明系统可靠性高、传输速率快。 Generally, the method of multi-channel discrete signal transmission is used to facilitate the communication between the traditional system of launch-control devices through the cable network. But it has the disadvantages of poor reliability and short transmission distance. In order to improve the communication reliability,the TMS320F28335 was used as the main control unit, and the ADM2582E was used to design RS422 communication interface and magnetic isolation circuit. Besides, EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) filter circuit and over-voltage protection circuit were designed to realize stable power supply, discharge and voltage limiting. The C language and LabVIEW were used to implement RS422 transceiver, and Lab VIEW was used to design panel for visual debugging. The data packet loss rate, bit error rate and surge immunity of the module were tested under different baud rates. And the anti-interference ability was tested in high and low temperature, static electricity and surge environment. The results show that the system has high reliability and fast transmission rate.
