摘要
围绕GD型号胶带输送机的制动装置,分析输送机装置最大力矩影响因素,同时以主斜井采用的GD带式输送机的制动系统改造前状况为实例,提出有效的技术改造策略,详细阐述了改造操作步骤以及要点、创新点,以期为同类或类似机械提供借鉴。
According to the brake device of GD type belt conveyor, this paper analyzes the influence factors of the maximum torque of the conveyer, and takes the condition of braking system of GD belt conveyor adopted in the main inclined shaft of the tenth coal mine as an example. The effective technical transformation strategy is put forward, and the operation steps, key points and innovation points are elaborated in detail, in order to provide reference for the similar or similar machinery.
