摘要
文章主要以江南地区一般性传统民居为研究对象,调查研究搜集相关资料,在力求尊重传统建筑文化的前提下,寻求能满足当地居民生活需要,同时又能改善室内舒适度和环境的绿色设计方法。研究采用软件De ST-H分析适合的被动式节能手段,并与一般性传统民居改造要求相结合,筛选出围护结构内保温、双层窗和被动式太阳房等绿色生态技术,进而提出了行之有效的绿色改造策略。并以苏州某民居为原型建立改造前后建筑能耗模型,进行建筑能耗模拟计算,验证了改造策略的有效性,为江南地区一般性传统民居的绿色改造提供综合性解决方案。
This paper sums up the living status of the traditional residential buildings in the south of the Yangtze River, and puts forward some effective green renovation strategies according to the characteristics. And the transformation strategy simulation to a building in Suzhou as the prototype, verify the effectiveness of the transformation strategy, in order to achieve and retain the original architectural style in the south of the Yangtze River traditional residential area and meet the comfort and environmental protection needs of the target.
