摘要
田园综合体的建设是我国未来对农村建设的重要一步,如何做好对田园综合体的融资至关重要。本文首先阐述了田园综合体背景与概念,再分析了PPP模式应用在田园综合体项目中的可行性和必要性,然后论述了田园综合体项目的PPP运作模式,最后提出了PPP模式在田园综合体项目应用中出现的风险和问题并提出解决措施,为PPP模式在田园综合体项目中的应用提供参考。
The construction of the rural complex is an important step for our rural construction in the future. How to do a good job in financing the rural complex is very important. This paper first expounds the background and concept of the pastoral complex, and then analyzes the feasibility and necessity of applying the PPP model to the field complex project, then discusses the PPP operation mode of the field complex project, and finally puts forward the risks and problems that the PPP model has shown in the application of the field complex project and puts forward the solution measures. It provides reference for the application of PPP mode in the rural complex project.
