应变测量钢板评估骨折愈合程度的生物力学研究

摘要 目的探讨采用应变测量钢板测量评估骨折愈合程度的可行性。方法将电阻应变片粘贴于锁定钢板上,并将其连接惠斯通电路以制成应变测量钢板。完整新鲜山羊股骨12根,分别用应变测量钢板进行固定,每根股骨依次模拟长骨愈合状态(A)、骨折愈合纤维连接状态(B)、粉碎骨折未愈合状态(C),在3种状态下,进行轴向压缩实验和3点弯曲实验。结果在轴向压缩(240 N)实验和3点弯曲(120 N)实验中,钢板-骨骼系统两端的轴向位移、挠度及钢板上各应变点应变值在A、B、C 3种状态下均有统计学差异(P<0.05),依次为状态A<状态B<状态C。结论随着骨折的愈合,钢板上任一点的应变值将逐渐减小,采用应变测量钢板系统可以有效评估骨折愈合程度。 Objective To explore the feasibility of using strain gauge steel plate to evaluate fracture healing. Methods The strain gauge was pasted on the locking steel plate and connected to the Wheastone circuit to make a strain gauge steel plate. A total of 12 complete fresh goat femurs were respectively fixed by use of strain gauge steel plate, and simulation was carried out on them for long bone healing state(A), fracture healing fiber connection state(B), and comminuted fracture nonunion(C). Under the three kinds of state, axial compression test and three-point bending test were carried out. Results In the axial compression test(240 N) and three-point bending test(120 N), the axial displacement, deflection and strain value of each strain point on the steel plate-skeletal system were significantly different under states A, B and C(P〈0.05), i.e., state A〈 state B〈 state C, in turn. Conclusion With the healing of fracture, the strain value at any point of the steel plate will gradually decrease. The strain gauge steel plate system can be used for effectively evaluating the degree of fracture healing.
