摘要
为解决我国化工设备事故造成的严重事故后果,针对2000-2017年我国化工设备发生的事故,应用安全统计学的方法,从事故数量发展趋势、事故等级、设备类型、事故发生时设备所处状态、培训质量进行统计分析。结果表明:我国化工设备事故数量呈下降趋势;特别重大事故的变异系数最高;将设备类型分为18类,储运设备、反应设备、管道事故数量与死亡人数最高,且爆炸事故占据主要地位,其他设备死亡人数位居第二;运行、检修、清洗、清扫阶段事故数量最高;培训质量不佳、培训范围不足引发事故多。
In order to result the serious accident consequence of chemical factory equipment, based on chem ical factory equipment accidents which happened in China during 2000 -2017 ,this paper applies safetysta tistics method to statistically ana ment trend of accident numbers, lyzing accid these accidents on key aspects of accidents including the develop ent grade, equipment type, equipment accident in the stage, the quality of training. The results show that for the chemical factory equipment accident, the number has a downward trend, extraordinarily serious accident have the highest coefficient of variation, equipment is di vided to 18 type, in which st cause the highest number of d orage eath a and transportation equipment, reaction equipment, pipeline accident nd accident, and the number of explosion accidents play an important role, the number of death caused by other equipment rank the second, the number of status of operating, overhaul, rinsing and sweeping is highest, the number of poor quality of security training and insufficient training range occur many accident
