荧光碳量子点/锂皂石乳化的液体石蜡Pickering乳液及其性能研究

摘要 利用荧光碳量子点(CDs)和锂皂石协同乳化液体石蜡Pickering乳液,研究了CDs、锂皂石乳化体系对Pickering乳液稳定性的影响。结果表明:利用尿素和柠檬酸钠通过高压水热法制备出具有良好荧光性能的碳量子点纳米颗粒在365 nm处具有良好的荧光强度。通过红外光谱发现所制备的CDs表面具有羟基、羧基、氨基和—CN基团。通过AFM发现所制备的CDs带负电,具有良好的粒子性和粒径均一性。CDs对锂皂石的协同乳化作用随着CDs用量的增加而增大;CDs用量为0.125 g的条件下,稳定性达到最佳。随着锂皂石用量的提高,乳液粒径先降低后增大,然后保持不变;乳液稳定性先上升后下降再上升。锂皂石用量在5 mL时乳液粒径保持不变,稳定性达到最佳;继续增大锂皂石用量会破坏乳液的稳定性。锂皂石用量较低时,乳液为油包水(W/O)型乳液;当锂皂石用量超过0.05 g后,乳液均为水包油型(O/W)乳液。CDs和锂皂石纳米颗粒复配的颗粒吸附在油水两相的界面处,形成了一层界面颗粒膜以及3D网络结构,提高了乳液的稳定性。CDs具有显著的荧光示踪性,这为Pickering乳液界面颗粒稳定机理提供了崭新的研究思路。 The effect of CDs and laponite emulsification system on the stability of Pickering emulsion was investigated by using fluorescent carbon quantum dots( CDs) and hectorite to synergistically emulsify the liquid paraffin Pickering emulsion.Results show that the carbon quantum dot nanoparticle prepared by high pressure hydrothermal method using urea and sodium citrate has good fluorescence properties and good fluorescence intensity at 365 nm.By infrared spectroscopy,the surface of the prepared CDs was found to has hydroxyl,carboxyl,amino and—CN groups. AFM shows that the prepared CDs are negatively charged and have good particle properties as well as good uniformity of particle size.The co-emulsificationeffect of CDs on Laponite increases with the amount of CDs used. The emulsion gives the best stability when CDs = 0.125 g. With the increase of the amount of Laponite,the particle size of the emulsion first decreases,then increases and then remains unchanged. The stability of the emulsion first rises,then decreases and then rises.When the amount of Laponite is 5 mL,the particle size of the emulsion remains unchanged,and the stability is optimal.Increasing the amount of Laponite will destroy the stability of the emulsion.Lower amount of hectorite gives water-in-oil( W/O) type emulsion,while higher amount of hectorite(〉 0.05 g) makes oil-in-water( O/W) emulsion. The CDs particles and hectorite nanoparticles adsorbed at the oil-water two-phase interface form a layer of interfacial granules and a 3 D network structure,which improves the stability of the emulsion.The CDs have remarkable fluorescence traceability,which provides a new research route for the stability mechanism of the interface particles in Pickering emulsion.
