W/O/W型薏苡仁油复乳的体外释放及模型拟合 被引量:5

摘要 研究W/O/W型薏苡仁油复乳在不同释放介质的体外释放行为。方法:采用正相透析扩散法、紫外分光光度法测量甘油三油酸酯的含量,用零级动力学方程、一级动力学方程、Higuchi平面扩散方程、Hixcon-Crowell溶蚀方程和Retger-peppas方程拟合其在体外的释放行为,根据拟合优度判定曲线拟合情况,讨论方程所反应的释放机理。结果:在人工胃液中,W/O/W型薏苡仁油复乳释放行为与Retger-peppas方程Q=0.2359t0.2248拟合度最好,其拟合优度R2为0.9717;在人工肠液和人工结肠液中的释放曲线与Retger-peppas方程拟合较好,在人工肠液中的释放方程为:Q=0.2568t0.4038,R2=0.7733,人工结肠液中的释放方程为:Q=0.4502t0.0567,R2=0.8784。 The release characteristics of W/O/W multiple emulsion of coix-seed oil in different released medium in vitro were investigated. The method of the normal phase dialysis diffusion was applied to explore the release of the functional factors from the coix-seed oil W/O/W multiple emulsion and Ultraviolet spectrophotometery was used to determine the content of triolein in the released media. In the simulated gastric fluid, the releasing behavior of the coix-seed oil W/O/W multiple emulsion could fit with Retger-peppas equation and the fitting equation was: Q = 0.2359 t0.2248(R2=0.9717).In the simulated intestinal fluid and artificial colonic fluid, the releasing behavior of the coix-seed oil W/O/W multiple emulsion could also fit with Retger-peppas equation and the fitting equation were: Q = 0.2568 t0.4038(R2=0.7733) and Q =0.4502 t0.0567(R2=0.8784).
