摘要
"海绵城市"建设注重对天然水系的保护利用、对雨水的蓄存,调蓄设施又往往与城市既有的绿地、园林、湿地等相结合。滨江滩涂作为常见的水岸型湿地,可以成为城市雨洪系统的重要组成部分,科学的建设方案可以减少城市建设排水管道和钢筋混凝土水池的工程量,降低城市内涝造成的巨额损失,其经济效益不容小觑。在城市滨江滩涂地的规划建设中,如何引用海绵城市理论,从低影响开发的角度综合考虑城市雨水系统与湿地生态环境建设的关系,成为文章研究的核心。
The sponge city construction emphasizes the natural water conservation and utilization,and the storage facilities are often combined with the existing city green space,garden,wetland etc.As a common waterfront wetland,Binjiang beach can be an important part of urban wetlands.The scientific construction schemes can decrease quantity of the urban drainage pipeline construction and reduce urban water logging and causes the huge losses for the economic benefits.In the process of planning and construction in the city of Binjiang beach in the city,how to reference the sponge theory become the core of this study,considering the relationship between the construction of city rainwater system and wetland ecological environment from the perspective of low impact development.
