全地面起重机主臂超起工况建模分析

摘要 全地面起重机由于其独特的优势被广泛应用于各种行业.其中主臂超起工况是较常使用的工况,其合理的设计对于整机性能至关重要.由于臂架需计算工作姿态多且计算复杂,宜采用力学分析软件及编程辅助设计.针对全地面起重机主臂超起工况,本文介绍了利用VB编写自动生成ANSYS命令流的快速设计软件基本过程,并总结了臂架的建模方式和编程及受力分析中需要注意的事项,为后续的优化设计打下了基础. All-terrain crane is widely used in various industries due to its unique advantages.As the most-frequently-used structure combination of all-terrain crane,reasonable design of main arm is very important for the performance of the whole machine.Since the boom needs to be calculated with many working attitudes and complicated calculations,mechanical analysis of software and programming-aided design should be adopted.The rapid modeling software in VB 6.0 is developed in this paper to generate the ANSYS command flow,and the modeling methods and attention in programming and stress analysis are introduced,which lays the foundation for the subsequent optimization design.
