摘要
时速350 km动车组用车轴成品探伤检查时发现75根车轴中有17根车轴轴身存在超标缺陷,缺陷为Φ3 mm平底孔当量单个缺陷。选取车轴进行低倍、微观、微区能谱解剖分析,结果表明,车轴轴身超探缺陷为超大尺寸复合氧化类夹杂物。
During the inspection of the finished product of axle used for EMU 350 km/h, there are 17 axles shaft with exceeding standard defectin 75 axles, and the defect is a single defect with a flat bottom hole of 3 mm,and the analysis of low frequency analysis, microanalysis and micro area energy spectrum analysis on the axle are carried out. The result showed that the overpenetration defects of axle shaft were oversized compound oxidation inclusions.
