摘要
介绍了作者在高铁车轴钢和硅片切割丝钢非金属夹杂物控制方面的研究进展:(1)针对高铁车轴钢大型非金属夹杂物问题,在钢超低氧含量控制基础上(w(T.O)=0.000 45%~0.000 6%),通过进一步强化RH真空精炼、严格控制二次氧化、生成液态夹杂物以抑制其相互聚集等措施,使钢中大型非金属夹杂物得到有效控制;(2)针对硅片切割丝生产由于夹杂物造成的断丝问题,通过减少CaOSiO_2-Al_2O_3系夹杂,在钢中生成MnO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3/SiO_2复相夹杂物,并严格控制外来夹杂物,使切割丝拉拔抗断裂性能显著提升;(3)采用该研究开发的夹杂物控制技术,马钢生产高铁轮对已用于沪昆高铁线列车,邢钢生产直径0.12mm切割丝,不断丝长度提高至1万km以上,达到了国际顶级切割丝质量水平。
Results of investigations on non-metallic inclusion control for high speed train axle steel and saw wire steel used for silicon wafer cutting are described in this article: (I) By means of further strengthening the RH vaccum refining, strictly control of the reoxidation and forming liquid inclusions which are not easy to aggregate to large-sized inclusions, the number of the large-sized inclusions in high speed train axle steel which contains 0. 000 45 % - 0. 000 6 % T. 0 has been considerably reduced. (2) For the saw wire steel, by means of decreasing the amount of CaO-SiO2- A1203 system inclusions, forming the MnO-SiO2-A1203/SiOa dual-phase inclusions and strictly control of exogenous inclusions, the broken-resistance property of the steel wire in cold drawing fabrication has been remarkablly enhanced. (3) With the developed technologies, the wheel sets produced by Ma Steel Co. has been applied to the high speed trains on Shanghai-Kunming line. The non-broken length of the saw wires produced by Xingtai Iron and Steel Co. has been increased to more than 10 km, which has reached the world top saw steel product property level.
