摘要
本文针对该机型在某次一次调频动作过程中,因高压调门震荡引起EH油压下降,从而造成非停事故的原因进行分析,结合OVATION平台DEH系统的特点,给出相关控制策略及硬件设备的可控对策和整改措施。
The 1000MW supercritical steam turbine manufactured by Shanghai Turbine Company Ltd with Siemens technology is one of the main models of millions of units in China. Action of primary frequency based on the models, in a process, because of HP Governing Valve shock EH oil pressure drop, resulting in non stop the cause of the accident is analyzed, combining with the characteristics of DEH system OVATION platform, gives relevant control strategy and control countermeasure of hardware devices and corrective actions.
