摘要
为防范管式湿式除尘器火灾事故,通过过程管理和关键环节控制手段,有针对性地解决了湿式除尘器阳极管束采用碳纤维增强材料(CFRP)等易燃材料施工或检修过程的火灾风险,提升了设备安全管理水平,保证了湿式电除尘系统长期安全稳定运行。
In order to prevent fire accident caused by tube and wet dust collector,by means of process management and key links control,the fire risk caused by wet dust collector due to its anode tube bundle use inflammable materials such as carbon fiber reinforced plastics（CFRP）during construction or maintenance is resolved.The safety management level of the equipment is also improved,so that the long-term safe and stable operation of the wet electric dust removal system is guaranteed.
