摘要
EPC工程总承包在现代工程项目管理模式中的应用越来越多,但EPC总承包模式与传统的工程管理模式相比风险更大也越来越凸显。通过对EPC工程总承包项目风险的分析和总结,提出了相关应对措施,以供工程项目借鉴。
The EPC contract has been applied widely in modern project management mode,but the risk is looming larger obvious in the traditional project management mode. Based on the analysis and summary of the EPC project-risk,the paper puts forward some corresponding measures for reference of the project.
