摘要
大学之间依赖高薪酬、高待遇竞价抢挖人才,以"学术头衔""人才头衔"确定薪酬待遇、配置学术资源的风气愈演愈烈。若全面研读梅贻琦"所谓大学者,非谓有大楼之谓也,有大师之谓也"的论断,对比当今中国大学的实际,不难领略其中蕴含着的丰富内涵与外延,进而会发现,在引得进人才、用得好人才、稳得住人才三个环节中,用得好人才是关键。人才使用得好,说明人才受到了重视,专业特长得到了发挥,说明有良好的用人环境,人才有用武之地,进而就可以引得进人才、稳得住人才。
Recently, the trend that universities are competing for the recuitment of talents by means of high salary and welfares as well as by deteranining treatment standards and allocating academic resources based on academic titles is becoming increasingly severe. With the detailed study of the statement given by Mr. Mei Yiqi, that is, the soul and core of a university is not lying in its large mansions, but in its masters and comparing it with the current situation of univerisities, anyone involved in university manage- ment and education may find that the conlusion of Mr. Mei is embodied with rich connotation and exten- sion. Of the three aspects of talents team management, namely, recuitment of talents, utilizing talents and retaining talents, utilizing talents is the critical one, since a good use of talents is an implicaiton of a fact that the talents are emphasized, their expertises can be exerted and the environments are favorable, which will in turn lay a positive effect on the recruitment and retaining of talents.
