摘要
目的:分析八年制临床医学毕业生毕业后发表SCI论文的规律,探索完善科研培养方案的方法。方法:对武汉市某三甲教学医院八年制临床医学毕业生2015-2016年发表的SCI论文发文量进行统计分析。结果:总体上入选"8+2计划"者与未入选者的SCI发文量差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:该医院出台的"8+2计划"、以及该项计划的日常动态管理已经形成了一整套系统的激励机制,对于八年制毕业生毕业后弥补科研短板具有明显的促进作用。
Objective: To analyze the rules of number of SCI papers published by eight-year Medical graduates,and explore problem-solving methods. Methods: We made statistical analysis of the number of SCI papers published by eight-year Medical graduates from 2015 to 2016 in a hospital in Wuhan. Results: As a whole,there was a significant difference between the medical graduates enrolled in "8+ 2 program"and those did not(P〈0.05). Conclusion: "8 + 2 program"policy introduced by hospitals,and the daily dynamic management of the program had formed systematic incentive mechanism,had an obvious promotional effect for the eight-year medical graduates to remedy the scientific short-board after graduation.
