摘要
不同类型的游客对饮食文化原真性追求不同。通过比较游客对原真性、安全性和舒适性的偏好差异,提出三种不同情境,并依据不同情境归纳出三种相对应的旅游者类型:原真性探索者、中庸者和寻求舒适者,以探讨原真性对游客目的地饮食消费行为的影响。
Tourists of different types are diversified in pursuit of the authenticity of dietary culture. This article has proposed three different scenarios through comparison of tourist preferences over authenticity,safety and comfortability and on such basis has summarized up three correspondent tourist types: authenticity explorer,centrist and comfort finder,thus to probe into the influence of authenticity on the dietary consuming behavior of tourists at their visiting places.
