摘要
通过实地骑行体验、网络问卷、半结构式访谈等方式,结合聚类分析、方差分析、期望差异模型等方法,探讨了基于自行车功能认知差异的旅游者类型划分方法,分析了基于上述分类方法的自行车旅游者体验差异。结果表明:(1)自行车旅游者以青壮年男性为主,学生和公司职员为主要消费群体;(2)两类旅游者不仅存在功能认知的显著差异,也存在对旅游目的地旅游要素期望的显著差异;(3)两类旅游者满意度均较高,但针对不同旅游要素的满意度仍存在差异。自行车旅游以自行车为核心交通工具,旅游目的地资源为主要载体,完善自行车旅游配套服务,打造优质自行车旅游目的地品牌形象,对旅游目的地旅游业的可持续发展具有重要意义。
Through the methods of field riding experience,internet questionnaire and semi-structured interview,this paper explored the difference of tourists' travel experiences based on the classification of tourists who knew the function of bicycle based on the methods of cluster analysis,variance analysis and expectation difference model. The results showed that:(1)Young travelers were mainly of the bicycle tourists,students and staff were the major consumer groups.(2) The two types of tourists not only had significant differences in functional cognition,but also had significant differences in the expectation of tourist elements in tourist destinations.(3)Two types of tourists were higher satisfaction,but there were still differences in satisfaction for different elements of tourism. Bicycle tourism took bicycle as the core transport and travel destination resources as the main carrier,improved bicycle tourism supporting service and built the brand image of high-quality bicycle tourism destination,which was of great significance to the sustainable development of tourism destination tourism.
