羟氯喹及其血药浓度在系统性红斑狼疮治疗中的现状及进展 被引量:5

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种表现为多系统损害的慢性自身免疫疾病,主要累及心、脑、肾等全身多个重要脏器,随着肾上腺皮质激素和免疫抑制剂的应用,SLE患者的生存率逐年提高。羟氯喹对SLE的病情控制有积极作用,是治疗SLE的基础用药之一。羟氯喹血药浓度与狼疮病情活动度存在相关性,能用来评估狼疮治疗的依从性,也对细胞色素P450基因多态性、肝肾功能及生活习惯的评估中起一定作用。检测狼疮患者的羟氯喹血药浓度,并实施个体化用药方案可能有利于SLE患者的病情控制,但具体结果还需要进一步研究。 Systemic lupus erythematosus( SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by multiple-system damage. It mainly involves the important organs like heart,brain and kidney. With the application of corticosteroids and immunosuppressive agents,the survival rate of SLE patients is increasing year by year. The hydroxychloroquine has a positive effect on the relief of SLE,and it is one of the basic drugs for the treatment of SLE. The concentration of hydroxychloroquine has a correlation with lupus disease activity,which can be used to evaluate the compliance of lupus treatment,and also plays a role in the evaluation of cytochrome P450 gene polymorphism,liver and kidney function and life habits. The detection of hydroxychloroquine concentration in lupus patients and the implementation of the individualized drug regimen may be beneficial to the control of SLE,though the specific results still need further study.
