摘要
在全光喷雾条件下对紫叶稠李进行了不同激素及其浓度处理和不同扦插深度的扦插试验。结果表明:ABT1#处理嫩枝扦插的生根率、根系数量、根长均显著高于萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸和对照,萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸处理显著高于对照;从3种激素的不同质量分数生根结果来看,ABT1#、吲哚丁酸以500×10-6处理为最佳,萘乙酸以300×10-6为最佳,所有激素处理中以ABT1#500×10-6处理最佳。从扦插深度看,紫叶稠李扦插深度以2 cm生根效果最好。
Cutting experiments treated with different hormones,concentrations cutting depths were conducted under the condition of full-light spray. Result shows that the rooting rate,root coefficient root length of cuttings treated with ABT1#were significantly higher than that of naphthalene acetic acid,indole butyric acid control,while naphthalene acetic acid indolebutyric acid treatment were significantly higher than the control;according to the rooting results of different mass fractions,ABT1#and indolebutyric acid are optimal treated with 500 × 10-6,and nevaacetic acid is the optimal with 300 ×10-6. Adopting ABT1#500 × 10-6 is optimal among all hormones. From the depth of cutting,rooting effect of Padus virginianais the optimal while the depth is 2 cm.
