摘要
为了筛选适用嫩枝扦插的ABT-1生根粉浓度,以优株上当年生的带顶枝条为材料,进行嫩枝扦插试验。结果表明:不同浓度ABT-1号生根粉对大果沙棘的成活率、生根数、生根长度和新生枝条长度都均有显著影响,其中100mg/kg下效果最好,生根率达到71. 67%,比对照高出了168. 73%,生根数达到4条,高出对照47%,平均生根长度达到4. 73cm,高出对照55. 59%,新生枝条长度达到9. 25cm,高出对照1. 65%。
In order to select tender branch cutting ABT-1 concentration, tender branches cutting experiment was carried out, taking the top branch of the year above ranches as material. The results showed that different concentrations of ABT-1 rooting powder had significant effects on the survival rate, rooting number, rooting length and length of new shoots of seabuckthorn, and the best effect was found at 100mg/kg, and the rooting rate reached 71.67%. The control was 168.73% higher, the number of roots reached 4, 47% higher than the control, the average root length reached 4.73cm, 55.59% higher than the control, and the length of the new shoot reached 9.25cm, which was 1.65% higher than the control.
