摘要
目的研究内镜下给药结合柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床效果。方法选取2015年10月~2017年10月我院收治的UC患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各50例。对照组仅服用柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗,试验组采用内镜下给药结合口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗,比较两组的整体临床效果、清蛋白与血红蛋白指标改善及不良反应情况。结果经内镜治疗和复查后,试验组术后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组清蛋白、血红蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用内镜下给药结合柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片口服治疗UC临床效果显著,患者主要症状改善明显,无明显复发现象,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopy combined with Sulfasalazine Enteric-Coated Tablets in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 100 cases of ulcerative colitis in our hospital fi＇om October 2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the test group by random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Sulfasalazine Enteric-Coated Tablets only. The test group was treated with endoscopy combined with oral Sulfasalazine Enteric-Coated Tablets, and the overall clinical efficacy, albumin and hemoglobin index improvement and adverse reactions were observed. Results The reeurrenee rate of the test group after endoscopic treatment and reexamination was lower than that of the control group, and there was a statistical difference between the groups. The effective rate of the patients in the test group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was lower than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）; the levels of albumin and hemoglobin of the test group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of ulcerative colitis by endoscopy combined with Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets is clinically significant. The main symptoms of the patients are obviously improved and there is no obvious reeurrenee. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
