摘要
大便失禁是肛肠科的难治病,极大影响了患者的工作效率和生活质量。文章基于中医“脏腑虚寒”理论,探讨大便失禁的病因病机及治法。其基本病机是脏腑有虚,因虚致寒,病位以大肠、肛门为主,涉及脾、肾、肺三脏。治疗原则以益气升提、温补固涩为主,内治法和外治法并用,以期为其临床诊疗提供思路。
Fecal incontinence is a difficult disease in anorectal department,which greatly affects the working efficiency and quality of life of patients.Based on the theory of“viscera deficiency and cold”in TCM,this paper discusses the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of fecal incontinence.Its basic pathogenesis is that the zang fu organs are deficient,causing cold due to deficiency.The disease location is mainly the large intestine and anus,involving the spleen,kidney and lung,.The treatment principle is mainly to replenish qi and lift,warm and replenish astringency,and internal and external treatment methods are used together to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
