摘要
大学生是有思想的知识分子群体,高校对于大学生的教育管理工作日趋多元化,对于其中的特殊群体——贫困生的管理工作也要紧跟时代潮流,与时俱进。辅导员不仅是贫困生管理工作的主力军,是贫困生的大学"班主任",更是与贫困生直接接触的决策实施者。其在加强贫困生管理工作的规范性、提高贫困生管理工作的针对性、增强贫困生的社会适应性方面发挥着不可替代的作用。从辅导员如何在贫困生管理工作中发挥作用及其可为空间两方面出发,为提高大学贫困生管理工作实效提出切实可行的建议。
College students are a group of intellectuals with thoughts,and colleges and universities are increasingly diversifying in the management of the students. The management of the special group the poor students,should also keep pace with the trend of the times. College counselors are not only the main forces in the management of poor students,but also the Head Teacher of poor students in the colleges and even the decision makers directly contacted the poor students. They play an irreplaceable role in improving the standardization of the management of the poor students,strengthening the pertinence of the management of them and enhancing the social adaptability of them. From the two perspectives of how counselors play a role in the management of poor students and their potential space,practical suggestions for improving the effectiveness of poverty management in college students are proposed.
