摘要
结合黑龙江省大学生创新创业训练项目设计大赛,推进大学生创新创业能力的提升,开展石油类机械设备的创新设计与制造。针对我国现有抽油机高耗能低效率的问题,开发了一种新型节能无游梁抽油机,该抽油机具有体积小、操作方便、成本低等优点,最大限度地降低了抽油机的能耗。通过该次创新创业设计的活动,可以很好地培养学生的设计理念和动手能力,提高学生科研思维能力和创新能力。
In combination with the design competition of Heilongjiang college students' innovative and entrepreneurial training project,the improvement of the college students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability is promoted,and the innovative design and manufacturing of the petroleum machinery and equipment are developed.In view of the problem of the high energy consumption and low efficiency of oil pumping units in China,a new energy-saving and non-beam oil pumping unit is developed.This oil pumping unit has the advantages of small size,convenient operation,low cost,etc.,which can minimize the energy consumption of the oil pumping unit.Through this innovative and entrepreneurial design activity,students' design idea and practical ability can be well cultivated,and their scientific research thinking ability and innovative ability can be improved.
