后置滑轮式长冲程抽油机受力分析与平衡计算

摘要 针对常规抽油机耗能大、冲程短等缺点,在弯游梁抽油机的基础上设计了一种后置滑轮式长冲程抽油机。阐述了该抽油机的工作原理,对主要承载部件后置滑轮、三角摆架、游梁、曲柄进行了受力分析。分析了该抽油机在抽油过程中的平衡扭矩,并将该抽油机的曲柄扭矩与常规抽油机曲柄扭矩进行了计算对比,结果表明,后置滑轮式长冲程抽油机曲柄扭矩小于常规抽油机。 In view of the shortcomings of conventional pumping units,such as large energy consumption and short stroke,etc.On the basis of the curved beam,a rear pulley type long stroke pumping unit is designed with the change of the displacement of the suspension point and the following adjustment. Describes the working principle of the pumping unit, sucker in the process of the main bearing components of rear pulley,triangle swing frame,beam,the stress analysis was carried out. Analysis of the oil pumping machine in the process of pumping oil balance torque,and the pumping unit crank torque and conventional crank torque were calculated and compared. The results show that the rear wheel type long stroke pumping unit crank torque is less than the conventional pumping unit.
