摘要
目的探讨心血管临床药师在Tdp患者药学监护中的重要性。方法临床药师在1例Tdp患者的治疗中,通过查阅文献,对β受体阻断剂的选择及剂量进行调整,与临床医师讨论后,制定最优的药物治疗方案,并进行了合理的药学监护。结果患者心律、心率控制理想,病情稳定后出院。结论临床药师应制定适宜的药物治疗方案,促进临床个体化药物治疗及合理用药。
Objective To explore the roles of clinical pharmacists in the pharmaceutical care for a TdP pa- tient. Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the choice and ajustment of dose of beta blocker for treatment for a TdP patient by reviewing tool related artides,and made the drug treatment protocol and provided pharmaceutical care. Results The patient was discharged after recovery. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should make proper drug treatment protocol to promote clinical individualized treatment and rational drug use.
