摘要
目的观察宫颈炎术后应用宫炎平片联合聚甲酚磺醛液的疗效。方法选取本院2016年1月至2016年12月期间收治的100例已经行物理治疗手术的宫颈炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其随机分成A、B、C、D 4组,每组25例。A组术后给予常规处理,B组术后给予口服宫炎平片治疗,C组术后给予聚甲酚磺醛液治疗,D组术后给予宫炎平片联合聚甲酚磺醛液治疗。所有患者在治疗后2月定期随访,比较4组患者的术后流血时间、术后流血量及术后疗效。结果 B、C、D三组术后流血时间、术后流血量及术后疗效均明显优于A组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中D组术后疗效显著优于B、C组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫炎平片联合聚甲酚磺醛液能有效降低宫颈炎术后的术后流血时间、术后流血量,加快创伤的恢复速度,疗效显著,对提高患者的生活质量具有重要意义,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of Oongyanping tablets combined with policresulen solution in the treatment of cervicitis after operation. Methods A total of 100 patients with cervici tistreated by physical therapy in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 has been hos pitalized were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into A, B, C, D four groups, 25 cases in each group. Group A was treated with conventional methods after operation, group B was given oral Gongyanping tablets, group C was given policresulen liquid, group D re ceived Gongyanping tablets combined with policresulen solution. All patients were followed up regularly after treatment in 2 months, the postoperative bleeding time, bleeding volume and post operative efficacy were compared between the four groups. Results The postoperative bleeding time, postoperative bleeding volume and postoperative efficacy of B, C, D three groups were sig nificantly better than those in group A, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the curative effect after operation in group D was significantly higher than group B and group C, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Gongyanping tablets combined with policresulen solution can effectively reduce the cervicitis postoperative bleeding time, postoperative bleed ing volume and speed up the recovery of trauma, has obvious curative effect, and has important signifi cance to improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
