摘要 在各种废水污染中,重金属废水的污染是最严重的,其不仅对环境造成极大污染,而且也对人们的身体健康构成了巨大威胁。因此,重金属废水的处理方法引起了科学家的广泛关注,在众多的处理方法中,吸附法因其方便快捷,处理效果好,吸附材料种类多,易获得的特点而被广泛应用。本文研究了活性炭吸附法用于处理重金属离子废水,系统地分析了吸附材料用量、吸附时间和废水浓度对重金属离子废水色度去除率的影响。实验结果表明,当活性炭用量为6g,吸附时间为90min,废水浓度为4g/L时,重金属离子废水的脱色率达到75%,活性炭吸附效果最好。 Among all kinds of waste water pollution,the pollution of heavy metal waste water is the most serious.It not only causes great pollution to the environment,but also poses a great threat to people's health.Therefore,the treatment method of heavy metal wastewater has attracted the widespread attention of scientists.Among many treatment methods,adsorption method has been widely used because of its convenience and rapidity,good treatment effect,many kinds of adsorption materials,and easy to obtain.In this paper,activated carbon adsorption method was used to treat heavy metal ion wastewater,and the effects of adsorption material dosage,adsorption time and wastewater concentration on the chroma removal rate of heavy metal ion wastewater were systematically analyzed.The experimental results showed that when the amount of activated carbon was 6 g,the adsorption time was 90 min,and the concentration of wastewater was 4 g/L,the decolorization rate of heavy metal ion wastewater reached 75%,and the adsorption effect of activated carbon was the best.
