石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定水中四乙基铅的不确定度评定

摘要 依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》JJF1059—1999所规定的测量不确定度的基本方法,分析使用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测量水中四乙基铅含量的测量不确定度的各分量来源,并建立合适的数学模型,对各参数进行量化计算,最终给出扩展不确定度。为石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定水中四乙基铅含量的不确定度评价和实验室质量控制提供参考。 According to the basic method of measurement uncertainty specified in JJF1059-1999 "evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty",the sources of various components of for measuring tetraethyl lead content in water by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry are analyzed,and appropriate mathematical models are established to carry out quantitative calculation on the parameters,finally the extended uncertainty is given.It provides a reference for the uncertainty evaluation for the determination of tetraethyl lead in water by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry and laboratory quality control.
