摘要
目的,调查分析现阶段医保资金管理的现状,找出医保资金管理中存在的问题,优化医保资金管理策略,提高医院财务管理水平。方法,分析研究医院医保资金管理中存在的主要问题,并结合问题有针对性地制定策略。结果,调查发现医院医保资金管理中存在的问题主要有:医保资金管理人员能力不足;医保资金预算不全面,缺乏科学性;监管力度不够和资金核算不系统。结论,为了高效地管理医保资金,提高医院的财务管理水平,医院应注重培养财务人员的创新能力和应急处事能力,医院应建立财务监督制度和风险预警机制。
Objective Analyzing the current situation of medical insurance fund management, find out the problems existing in the management of medical insurance funds, optimize the management strategy of health insurance funds, and, improve the level of hospital financial management. Methods Analyzing the main problems existing in the hospital medical insurance fund management, make a specific strategy based on the problems. Results The problems in the management of medical insurance funds mainly include： lack of management capability, lack scientific nature, inadequate supervision and unsystematic accounting. Conclusion In order to effectively manage medical insurance funds and improve the level of financial management, hospitals should pay attention to training financial stall＇s innovative ability and emergency handling ability. Hospitals should establish financial supervision system and risk early warning mechanism.
