以钢渣水洗尘泥为原料制取泡沫混凝土砌块试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 以钢渣水洗尘泥为掺加料,配以水泥、矿粉、减水剂和发泡剂,经搅拌、成型制备了目标表观密度为600 kg/m3的钢渣泡沫混凝土砌块,对其干表观密度、抗压强度、吸水率和导热系数进行了研究。实验表明:(1)添加5%~35%钢渣水洗尘泥所制备的钢渣泡沫混凝土砌块,其密度等级满足JC/T 1062—2007中B06级的要求。(2)钢渣水洗尘泥掺量5%~25%和30%~35%的泡沫混凝土砌块28 d立方体抗压强度分别达到JC/T 1062-2007(泡沫混凝土砌块)中的A3.5和A2.5强度等级。因此随着钢渣水洗尘泥的增加不利于泡沫混凝土砌块立方体抗压强度的提升。(3)钢渣水洗尘泥的加入使得钢渣泡沫混凝土砌块的连通孔比例增大,其吸水率和导热系数均增大。 The foam concrete block was successfully prepared with steel-slag sludge and ore powder as materials, and cement, water reducer and foaming agent. It was prepared by a series ways: mixed and molded into a block whose dry apparent density was designed to be 600kg/m3. The experiment results show that its dry apparent density can meet the state standard "Foam Concrete Block"(JC/T 1062-2007) level B06 with adding 5% ~ 35% steel-slag sludge. Its 28 d compressive strength achieve A3.5 level and A2.5 level of JC/T 1062-2007, while the content of steel-slag sludge from 5% to 25% and 30% to 35%. At the same time, 28d compressive strength of foam concrete block decreased with the increase of steel-slag sludge. The water absorption and the coefficient of thermal conductivity increased with increasing of steel-slag sludge's mixing amount and ratio to the connected pore of foam concrete block.
