摘要
泡沫混凝土是一种高性能的吸声材料,具有良好的交通噪音吸声性能。根据声波在细管中的传播理论,结合泡沫混凝土的孔隙结构特征,研究了不同状态下吸声系数与噪声频率的相关变化特性。试验研究表明:噪音频率在800~1 200 Hz内,泡沫混凝土的吸声系数均值为0.75,其峰值可达0.90。研究泡沫混凝土干密度等级、厚度、干态与湿态等因素对吸声系数的影响表明:泡沫混凝土干密度为600 kg/m3、厚度为5 cm时,其吸声系数最大;湿态下泡沫混凝土的吸声系数比干态时有所下降,但不显著,在频率为800 Hz时降幅最大可达0.1,其平均吸声系数也随之下降0.08。
As a kind of high absorption performance material,foam concrete has a good sound-absorption performance in traffic noise.Based on the theory of pore′s structure characteristics and acoustic propagation in tubule of foam concrete,the relationship was studied between its absorption coefficient and noise frequency under different status.Experimental research shows that within 800~1 200 Hz noise frequency,mean value of sound-absorption coefficient of foamed concrete is 0.75,up to 0.90 as its maximum.Many factors were researched which influence sound-absorption coefficient of foam concrete such as,dry density grade,thickness,dry and wet state,the results show that sound-absorption coefficient of foam concrete would be up to the maximum value as its dry density is 600 kg/m3 and its thickness is 5 cm.Compared to dry foam concrete,its coefficient would decrease but not significantly in wet state,as the frequency is 800 Hz,its coefficient would drop to maximum for 0.1,while its average sound-absorption coefficient would decreased correspondingly by 0.08.
