摘要
研究电参数对TC4钛合金快走丝线切割表面质量和加工效率的影响。采用双因素方差分析方法对脉宽和脉间的交互作用进行了分析,计算了总效应量,并对效应量进行了矫正,研究的结果表明脉宽与脉间的交互作用对TC4钛合金快走丝线切割表面质量和切割速度影响显著;从提高切割表面质量的角度考虑,可采用小脉宽和小脉间的参数组合或大脉宽和中脉间的参数组合;综合考虑切割表面质量和切割效率的角度,应采用大脉宽和中脉间参数组合。
The effect of electrical parameters on the surface quality and processing efficiency of HS-WEDM TC4 titanium alloy is studied. The interaction between pulse width and pulse interval ratio is analyzed by two-factor analysis.The total effect amount is calculated and the effect size is corrected. The results show that the effect of pulse width and pulse interval ratio on the surface quality and cutting speed of HS-WEDM TC4 titanium alloy is significant. For improving the quality of the cut surface,the combination of parameters of small pulse width and small pulse interval ratio or the parameters of large pulse width and mid-pulse interval ratio can be used. Considering the cutting surface quality and cutting efficiency,the parameters combination should be used between the large pulse width and the midpulse interval ratio.
