摘要
针对铝合金加工过程中出现不稳定切割、进电不稳、钼丝与导电块之间产生异常放电等问题,以DK7732型线切割机为例,从预置进给速度、冲刷系统、电加工参数及受电方式等方面进行分析,提出了改进铝合金线切割加工工艺的措施并进行了试验论证。
