摘要
对某核电站主机及主泵电机用新汽轮机油和运行汽轮机油进行了老化试验,通过分析老化过程中油品抗氧化性能、润滑性能、抗腐蚀性能、油泥生成倾向和外观颜色的变化趋势,判断影响新汽轮机油和运行汽轮机油剩余使用寿命的关键指标,根据关键指标在油品老化到应换油或继续运行具有危险性的极限值时所用的时间及运行汽轮机油已使用的时间,评估运行汽轮机油剩余使用寿命。
The aging test on the new turbine oil and the running turbine oil for the main engine and the main pump motor of a nuclear power station are carried out in this study. By analyzing the anti-oxidation performance,lubricating performance, anti-corrosion performance, sludge formation tendency and appearance color of the oil during the aging process, the key indicators that affect the remaining service life of the new turbine oil and the running turbine oils are judged. And then according to the key indicators, the used time of turbine oil and the time when the aging oil should be replaced or reach utilization limit value, the remaining service life of operating turbine oil is evaluated.
