薄雪火绒草中微量金属元素的测定

摘要 采用微波消解的方法对中草药薄雪火绒草进行消解,用火焰原子吸收光谱法对薄雪火绒草中的Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn四种微量金属元素含量进行测定。在最优的实验条件下,测得各金属元素的含量分别为Ca:5151.27μg/g、Mg:1675.20μg/g、Fe:970.08μg/g、Zn:144.76μg/g。各元素的相关系数为:0.9978~0.9997,RSD值为:0.48%~1.31%,加标回收率为:98.0%~108.3%,检出限为0.0028μg/m L^0.0432μg/m L。 The Chinese herbal medicine Leontopodium japonicum miq were dissolved with microwave digestion method. The amount of four rare metal elements Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn in it are determined with flame atomic absorption spectrum. Under the optimal experimental conditions,the experiment measured the contents of metal element respectively. The result is Ca: 5151. 27μg·g-(-1),Mg: 1675. 20μg·g-(-1),Fe: 970. 08μg·g-(-1),Zn: 144. 76μg· g-(-1). The correlation coefficient of the elements are 0. 9978 to 0. 9997. RSD is 0. 48% to 1. 31% respectively. The recovery rate is 98. 0% to 108. 3%. The detection limit of each element is 0. 0028 to 0. 0432μg·m L-(-1).
