摘要
企业在申请排污许可证时,须核算出固定污染源污染物排放总量,以此数据向环保部门申报总量控制指标。因此,文章选取炼化企业、火电企业、化工企业为监测对象,分别采用实测法(在线监测+手工监测)、产排污系数法和物料衡算法核算固定污染源氮氧化物、二氧化硫年排放总量。监测结果表明,物料衡算法与产排污染系数法核算数据与真实值偏差较大,手工监测实测法与自动监测实测法核算数据偏差较小。建议企业选取自动监测实测法或手工监测实测法,核算固定污染源废气污染物排放总量。
When applying for the discharge permit, the enterprise must calculate the total amount of pollutant discharge from the fixed pollution source, and report the total control index to the environmental protection department. Therefore, this paper selected the re?ning enterprises, thermal power enterprises, chemical enterprises as the monitoring objects, respectively, using the measured method (on-line monitoring + manual monitoring), production and emission coefficient method and material balance method for nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide emissions from ?xed pollution sources. The results show that the deviation between the material value calculation method and the production and discharge pollution coefficient method is large, and the deviation between the manual measurement method and the automatic monitoring method is small. It is recommended that enterprises choose measurement methods based on automatic monitoring or manual monitoring to calculate the total amount of pollutants discharged from ?xed sources.
