摘要
重点论述了徐州市锅炉、炉窑尘排放系数研究的指导思想和方法,给出了各类燃煤设备尘排放系数,并成功地应用于排污许可证的全过程。将产品单耗、排放系数、生产能力密切结合,提供了快速简便、可操作、比较符合实际的计量监侧手段,较好地解决了排污许可证实施中所谓“计量难”的问题,具有推广和应用价值。
The methods to study the dust emission codfficients of boilers and stoves are discussed andthe dust emission coefficients for various coal burning facilities are given. Those coefficients have beensuccessfully applied in the whole process of the implementation of pollutant emission permit. It com-bines the unit consumption of product, emission coefficient and production capacity with each otherand offers a rapid, simple operational and feasible quantitative monitoring means,which solves thecalculation problems in the implementation of pollutant emission permit system.
