摘要
近年来,关于6S现场管理的办法现已在我国各个行业大面积推广且获得不小成就。文章将综合计量检测实验室的特征,分别从安全、素养、整理、整顿、清扫还有清洁六大内容探讨了6S现场管理在计量检测实验室中的利用。此监管形式能有效提升作业速率和质量,减少物品丢失与查找物品所用时间等。
In recent years, the method of 6S field management has been popularized ina large area in various industries of ourcountry and has achieved a lot. This paper discusses the use of 6S field management in metrological testing laboratory from six as-pects： safety, accomplishment, arrangement, rectification, cleaning and cleaning, which is based on the characteristics of comprehensivemetrological testing laboratory. This form of supervision can effectively improve the speed and quality of the operation, and reduce thelost items and the time it takes to find the items.
