摘要 放疗及化疗是治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤的重要方法,但这些治疗在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时,也会因其对细胞的毒性作用和对免疫功能的间接影响,而导致患者口腔不良反应的发生率增高。由于牙周状况与头颈部恶性肿瘤放、化疗后的口腔不良反应关系密切,因此,在其治疗前、中、后各时期的牙周管理至关重要。本文在回顾相关文献的基础上,就放、化疗对牙周组织、口腔菌群的影响及其导致的相关口腔并发症等方面作一综述。 Radio therapy (RT) and chemotherapy(CT) are the most important modalities used in head and neck cancer (HNC) treatment. These modalities are effective in eradicating the tumor, but also negatively affect the mouth both directly through cytoxicity and indirectly through the effects on immune function, resulting in high incidence of oral complications. It is well-established that the periodontal status is closely related to the HNC. Therefore, the periodontal management prior to, during, and following cancer treatment are of great importance. The review summarizes the latest available literature regarding the impact of radiotherapy and chemotherapy on periodontium, oral microflora, oral complications and their management. So that, specialized oral care, the measures for prevention and reduction of the oral complications can be provided for NHC patients, and the life quality of the patients can be improved.
