摘要
[目的]探讨"延续护理APP"在乳腺癌病人术后化疗间歇期随访中的应用效果。[方法]选取进行常规随访的83例处于化疗间歇期的乳腺癌术后病人作为对照组,使用"延续护理APP"的92例病人作为试验组,比较两组病人的随访成本、白细胞和中性粒细胞等临床指标、再入院率和生活质量等。[结果]试验组累计挂号费用、累计药物费用、交通费、总费用低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组降低1%再入院率成本(643.21元/人)低于对照组(775.89元/人)(P<0.05)。[结论]使用节约护理人力成本的"延续护理APP"有助于降低病人的医疗开支,实现有限卫生资源的合理配置和使用。
Objective：To probe into the application effect of ＂continuing nursing APP＂ in the follow-up of chemotherapy intermission for postoperative breast cancer patients.Methods：A total of 83 cases in chemotherapy intermission of postoperative breast cancer patients were selected as control group by using routine follow-up;92 patients as experimental group,using ＂continuing nursing APP＂.Patients＇ follow-up cost,clinical indicators such as white blood cells and neutrophils,readmission rate and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results：The cumulative registration fee,cumulative drug costs,transportation cost and total cost of patients in experimental group were lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Reduced the cost of readmission by 1% in the experimental group（643.21）was lower than that in control group（775.89）（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： ＂ Continuing nursing APP＂ was helpful to save the labor cost,reduce the patients＇ medical expenses and realize the rational allocation and use of limited health resources.
