摘要
目的对基于移动互联网的居家养老延续护理风险建立风险规避和管控机制。方法梳理延续护理项目,研究风险类型及应对策略,分析风险因素,进行风险识别和监测,不断递进风险管控,并利用移动终端定位跟踪、音视频通讯和录制等功能,形成可追溯的闭环管理。结果对于基于移动互联网的居家养老延续护理进行风险防控,有助于保护隐私和护患安全,提升医疗质量,减少医患纠纷,实现延续护理闭环管理。结论针对基于移动互联网居家养老延续护理服务,分析相关风险因素,加强风险管控和防范,有利于深化医疗服务供给侧结构性改革,促进延续护理健康可持续发展。
Objective To establish a risk avoidance and control mechanism for the risk of homebased nursing care based on mobile Internet.Methods The continuing care projects were sorted out,risk types and coping strategies were studied,risk factors were analyzed,risk identification and monitoring were carried out,and risk management and control were continuously improved.The functions of mobile terminal location tracking,audio and video communication and recording were used to form traceable closed-loop management.Results Risk prevention and control for home-based extended care based on mobile Internet is helpful to protect privacy and nurse and patient safety,improve medical quality,reduce doctor-patient disputes,and realize closed loop management of extended care.Conclusions For mobile Internet-based home-based nursing care services,the analysis of relevant risk factors,and the strengthening of risk control and prevention are conducive to the deepening of the supply-side reform of medical services and the promotion of healthy and sustainable development of continuous care.
