摘要
民航机场飞行安全是空中交通运输安全的重要组成部分,机场员工工作倦怠而造成的人为差错,是增加飞行风险,影响航空安全的因素之一。调查共收集339份问卷,运用统计软件对问卷数据进行相关分析。研究结果表明,民航业组织支持感与员工的工作倦怠呈显著正相关,证实人口统计学变量对两者的影响以及各维度的相关性,并进一步提出改善的建议。
Civil aviation airport flight safety is an important part of air transportation safety. The human factor mistake due to job burnout of employees,is one of the factors to increase flight risk and affect aviation safety risk. Research has collected 339 questionnaires,using the statistical software to carry out the correlation analysis of the questionnaire data. The results showed that civil aviation perceived organizational support?was significantly positively related to employees job burnout,confirmed the effect of demographic variables on both variables and the correlation of each dimension. The research further puts forward the improvement suggestions.
